A family-oriented team, with professional community partners, coaches, and consultants embodied with career services as the framework of our agency. Our goal is to help individuals enjoy work, and to get started in the workforce or own a business.  We desire to help the teens and all adults throughout the "Best of their lives".  We started this business as a way to give support to our very own daughter who is now an adult with a disability.  With lifelong challenges, she has always had a strong desire to be employed in a job in which she has a passion.  She has always wanted to learn how to be more independent and improve her self-advocacy skills.  We are proud of her accomplishments to become educated and work-ready with the previous service from career providers like us.  She has enlarged our vision and empowered our hearts and minds to focus forward and provide services to so many people with and without disabilities. People are in need of community-based and client-centered career training programs, and other complimentary resource services.   We are here as servants with Passion for our participants, with the Power to use our strongest talents and abilities to strengthen others, and with an everyday hope to make a Positive Impact in the lives of many.
